High cost of raw materials and lack of proper channels to reach the the right customer are challenges faced by artisans weaving pashmina shawls and carpets in Kashmir. 

In this project I designed a solution which uses the idea of economy of scale inspired by the supply chain model used by Jio mart where it is suggested that one hub in the chain could buy pashmina wool in bulk incentivizing the Changpa tribe (the community that breeds Chengu goats that produce pashmina) to increase breeding and thus selling wool at a cheaper per Kg cost in significantly larger than usual quantities per order.
